复合抗氧剂QS215在聚丙烯加工中的抗热氧老化效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 聚丙烯在加工时受热将发生大分子断链降解,致使分子量减小,熔体指数上升。加入抗氧剂可以有效地遏止或减缓这种热氧老化现象的发生。中国轻工总会塑料加工应用研究所研制的复合抗氧剂QS215是以受阻酚类抗氧剂与亚磷酸酯626复配而成的优质、高效的新型抗氧体系。本文介绍了利用聚丙烯加工前后熔体指数变化来评价抗氧剂效果的实验方法,以及QS215复合抗氧剂与其它种类抗氧剂在聚丙烯加工中抗热氧老化效果的比较情况。 Abstract PP will degrade due to heat during processing, resulting in chain scission of macromolecule,reduction in molecular weight and rise in MI. The occurance of thermal oxidation aging can be effectively checked or slowed down by antioxidant. A new quality and high effecient antioxidant system,Composite Antioxidant QS215 developed by the Institute of Plastics Processing & Application, China National Council of Light Industry, is compounded by hindered phenol antioxidant and phosphite 626. This paper introduces the test method evaluating the effects of antioxidant by the changes of MI before and after PP processing and compares the effects of Composite Antioxidant SQ215 and other antioxidant types on the resistance to thermal oxidation aging in PP processing.
