摘要
本文用模压烧结工艺制备了TLCP/PIFE合金。系统研究了烧结温度及TLCP用量对合金摩擦性能的影响。并且通过电子显微镜观察了合金的微观结构,研究了组成对合金微观结构的影响。研究结果表明,在合金内部不仅存在“海-岛”结构,而且在组成适宜时,合金样品中还会出现TLCP微纤构成的网状结构,这样的网状结构是降低合金磨耗的一个重要原因。
Abstract The alloy of thermotropic liquid crystal polymers(TLCP)and polyitetrafluoroethylene (PIFE) was prepared by molding and sintering process. The effects of sintering temprature and TLCP’s quantity on frictional property of the alloy were studied and the microstructures of the alloy were observed by sweep electron microscope (SEM). In addition, the effect of composition on microstructures of the alloy were studied. The results showed if optimum composition of the alloy was chosen, not only “sea-island”structure existed, but also net sturcture by fibril of TLCP was observed in the alloy. This net structure was an important reason for reduced wear of the alloy
