LLDPE吹胀薄膜加工工艺研究

Study on the Processing Teclmology of LLDPE Inflation Film

本文着重研究了ＩＬＤＰＥ树脂吹胀薄膜的设备要求、成膜条件及成形温度、冷却风温度、冷霜线高度、吹胀比等主要加工条件对薄膜质量的影响，并与ＬＤＰＥ进行比较。

Abstract On the quality of the film were studied the effects of the major processing conditions of LLDPE inflation film such as the requirement of equipment,the condition of film-forma- tion, film-forming temperature and cooling air temperature, the height of frost line, blow ratio ect.. In addition, the comparisons between LLDPE and LDPE processing were made in this paper.
