摘要
以六甲基磷酰三胺为溶剂,脱水硫化钠和对二氯苯为单体,常压下研究了聚苯硫醚(PPS)低聚物的合成反应.研究了单体配比对聚合反应及低聚物结构的影响,用红外光谱、激光拉曼光谱、X-射线衍射等分析手段对低聚物的结构进行了初步表征.结果表明,在硫化钠过量条件下制备的PPS低聚物具有较低的熔点和结晶度,在极性有机溶剂中的溶解性较好;在对二氯苯过量条件下制备的PPS低聚物的熔点较高,结晶性较好,但在有机溶剂中的溶解性较差.本文从低聚物结构及分子量的角度进行了解释.
Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) oligomers were synthesized from dehydrated sodium sulfide and 1,4-dichlorobenzene in hex-amethylphosphoric triamide (HMPA) solvent. The effect of monomer ratio on the synthesis and structure of PPS oligomer was studied and the structure was characterized by FT-IR, Raman and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy. The results showed that the PPS oligomers prepared with the excess of sodium sulfide had lower melting point and crystabilinity but better solubility in HMPA or N-methyl 2-pyrrolidone when compared with the PPS oligomers prepared in the excess of 1,4-dichlorobenzene.
