摘要
注塑成形中的温度是影响生产效率和制品质量的关键因素.本文通过对时间域的离散,在稳态温度场分析的基础上,运用加权差分方法建立了注塑制品瞬态温度场的计算模型,给出了不同时刻制品的温度分布.
The temperature system during injection is the key factor affecting the production efficiency and the quality of plasties part. Based on the steady temperature field analysis and by weighted finite difference method, the mathematic model of calculat ing the transient temperature field of the part was built up in this paper through dividing the regions of space and time into a number of subdomations or elements respectively. And the distribution of temperature at each moment was presented.
