摘要 研究了以低分子量聚乙烯为骨架,接枝低碳数脂肪酸而成的一种新型偶联剂.并且与钛酸酯偶联剂进行性能比较.结果表明.用该研制偶联剂活化处理无机填料填充树脂.可以提高体系的流动性、强度、热变形温度等性能.并且在相同条件下,均优于钛酸酯偶联剂. A noval coupling agent, which was formed by grafting small carbon number fatty acid onto low-molecular PE, was studied and compared with titanate coupling agent. The results showed the properties of the filled resin system,such as the flowability, strength and heat deformation temperature,could be improved by filling with the inorganic filler which was actively treated with the noval coupling agent. The properties of the filled resin system treated with the noval agent was much superior to those of the filled resin system treated with titanate coupling agent under same conditions.
