摘要
研究了含卤阻燃剂:十溴联苯醚(DBDPO).氯化聚乙烯(CPE)和三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)及氢氧化铝对改性聚丙烯(PP)——聚丙烯//高密度聚乙烯//乙丙橡胶(PP//HDPE//EPR)三元共混体阻燃性能的影响,分析了阻燃剂间的协同作用,讨论了阻燃机理.结果表明:(1)Sb_2O_3与DBDPO、CPE并用能使改性PP三元共混体的阻燃性能提高.当含卤阻燃剂用量是Sb_2O_3的四倍左右时阻燃效果最好..阻燃性能提高一倍..能自熄;(2)Sb_2O_3与DBDPOD协同作用在Br//Sb摩尔比为3:1时最佳;(3)改性PP三元共混体中加入Al(OH)_3与DBDPO..随Al(OH)_3用量增大阻燃性能提高.
The effects of different halogen-containing flame retardants, such as decabromo-diphenyl oxide (DBDPO), chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) , antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) and aluminium hydroxide on the flame retardance of the modified PP, the PP/ HDPE/EPR blend, are studied. The synergistic combination and mechanism of the flame retardation are discussed. The results show that (1) the use of Sb2O3 with DBDPO and CPE could improve the flame retardance of the blends. When the content of the flame retardant containing chlonine and bromine is four times that of Sb2O3, the flame retardance is the best, and increases by a factor of two, and the blend is self-extinguishabl. (2) The synergistic combination of Sb2O3and DBDPO would be most effective when the Br/Sb molar ratio is 3: 1. (3) The increase of the contents of ATH improves the flame retardance of the blends when ATH is used with DBDPO.
