鲈鱼人工配合饲料中豆饼替代部分鱼粉的适宜含量

Evaluation of soybean cake as a substitute for partial fish meal in artificial diets for Lateolabrax japonicus

本文根据实验探讨了在最适蛋白质含量下配合饲料中不同的豆饼含量替代鱼粉对鲈鱼（Lateolabraxjaponicus）生长的影响。经40d的度验结果表明：用鲈鱼的相对增长率、体长相对增长率、饲料系数和饲料的蛋白质消化率来衡量，鲈鱼人工配合饲料中用15％以内的豆饼含量替代鱼粉是适宜的。

The Present paper deals with different contenst of soybean cake in the diets which influ endes the growth of Lateolabrax japonicus under the most suitable content of protein in the diets. Under the conditions of water temperatuTe 1 4. 5~ 25. 2℃, specific gravity 1 .0190~ 1.0210, after 40d of experlment, the results, indicated that whthin 15 % soybean cake as a substitute for partial fish meal in the artificial diets for L, japonicus was the most suitable,taking the relative growth rate in weight, the relatlve rate of increase in b0dy lenght, the co efficient of feed and the digestion rate of protein, etc, as the evalution indices.
