摘要
本文报道多发伤分析病人２７例，均采用早期手术内固定，结果无脂肪栓塞、成人呼吸窘迫综合征等主要合并症，疗效满意。此外，本文对多发伤患者全面查体，防止延漏诊及对多发伤并发症的处理进行了讨论。
Cases of polytrauma patient with fracture treated with early internal fixation in our department were reported. Satisfactory resuits were obtained without major complications,such as fat embolism,ARDS etc. It is discussed in this paper that the examination the wounded and treatment of complication of polytrauma.
