乌梅─枸椽酸的杀精作用及被杀伤精子的透射电镜观察 被引量:1

摘要 为尽快研制成高效、无毒、价格低廉的新型杀精子剂,我们从50余种传统中草药中筛选出杀精效果较好(l分钟内使精子瞬间失活)的中药乌梅。经化学分析、提纯,确定其杀精有效成分为枸椽酸。其最低有效杀精浓度为0.09%,经透射电镜观察证明:乌梅─枸椽酸杀伤精子的主要靶结构是精子顶体、质膜、核膜及线粒体,损伤核的遗传物质,使线粒体空泡变性,嵴崩解或者溶解。并证明乌梅─枸椽酸药液的浓度不同,上述结构损伤程度也不同。 In order to develop as soon as possible a new kind of spermatocide,which is effica-ciou,nonpoisonous and cheap,the authors selected prunus mume,which possesses a better spermicidalpotency,out of more than fifty kinds of Chinese traditional and herbal drugs.(All the afflicted spermswere within a minute of their death.)After refined analysis,we ascertained that the spermicidal compo-sition of prunus mume was the acidum citricum fructus mume.Its minimum effective concentrationwas0.09%. TEM observation showed that the main target structures were acrosome,plasma mem-brane,nuclear membrane and mitochondrion.The spermatocide caused genetic damage,made the mito-chondrion degenerate ,disrupted or dissolved the ridge.The changes above vary with the concentration.
