寰椎后桥36例临床X线分析

THE CLINICAL AND X一RAY ANALYSIS 0F 36 CASES OF THE POSTERIOR BRIDGE OF THE ATLSAS

通过对３６例寰椎后桥的临床Ｘ线分析，认为寰椎后桥是一种先天性发育变异并无病理意义。但需与寰枕斜韧带钙化相鉴别，二者在桥的起始点及形态，结构等方面均有差异。

cases of the posterior bridge of the atlas were analysed ,and we have concluded that it is only one kind of congenital varitation with no pothologic sigificance. But it needs to be distin- guished from the calcification of the oblique atlantooccipital ligment. They are different in the arising- and ending point ,shape and structure.
