中西医结合治疗小儿坏死性筋膜炎

TREATMENT OF NECROTING FASCIITIS IN CHILDREN WITH INTEGRATED TRADITIONAL CHINESE AND WESTERN MEDICINE

自１９８０年７月～１９９４年３月共收治小儿坏死性筋膜炎１４６例，入院后均早期行切开减压，创面缺损较大者施行中厚皮片植皮术。其中６８例采用中西医结合治疗，其余７８例仅用西医治疗，结果前者无一例死亡，治愈率１００％，平均住院天数４７天。后者死亡３例，治愈率９６．１％，平均住院天数６２天。我们认为采用中西医结合治疗小儿坏死性筋膜炎，比单纯用西医治疗具有并发症少，创面愈合快和住院时间短的优点。

in patients of necrotizing fasciitis from July ,1980 to March l994 were collected to our study. They were divided into 2 groups : The integrated traditional chinese and western medicine (TCM一WM)therapeutic group(68 case ) and the western medichne(WM)therapeutic grorp(78 cases).Both of them were operated with early and proper incision and drainage, some cases were also operated with skin graft if the area of the necrotic shin and faseia was quite large. Besides this,the TCM一WM group was treated according to different symptoms with different Chinese herbs , the re- sults showed that the cure rate of the TCM一WM group was l00%and the average days in hospital were 47±5 and that in the WM group, 3 cases died, the cure rate was 96.1%and the average days in hospital were 62 ± 6.5.We believed that,the TCM一WM treatment has advantages over the WM treatment in less complication, earlier wound cured and shorter stay in hospital.
