皮肤结核病血清抗PPD抗体检测及其临床意义

HTE DETECTI0N OF ANTI一PPD ANTIBODIES IN SERUM OF SKIN TUBERCULOSIS AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）方法检测了３６例皮肤结核病患者血清中抗ＰＰＤ一ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ抗体，并以１５例活动性肺结核及４０例健康献血者做对照，结果显示皮肤结核病组抗ＰＰＤ抗体阳性率为４４．４％，活动性肺结核为７３．３％，与健康组（２．５％）相差十分显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），而皮肤结核病组与肺结核组相差不显著，提示此方法可做为皮肤结核病诊断的辅助方法。

In this paper ,the ELISA was designed to detect the specific anti一PPD IgG ,IgM in serum of 36 skin tuberculosis as well as 15 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis and 40 healthy subiects in control. The anti一PPD antibodies were positive in 44.4%of skin tuberculosis ,73.3%of ac-tive pulmonary tuberculosis and 2.5%of healthy subjects. The results showed that there was a signiji- cant difference among pulmonary tuberculosis ,skin tuberculosis and heaIthy subjects(P<0.01),but no difference between skin tuberculosis and pulmonary tuberculosis(P>0.05).It indicated that the detec- tion of anti一PPD antibodies in serum might be a supplemental diagnostic tool for skin tuberculosis.
