摘要
给小鼠灌胃０．７５％吲哚美辛滴眼，ＬＤ５０为７５．６９ｍｇ／ｋｇ。兔眼一次性（０，１ｍｌ）或连续多次（０．１ｍｌ１０次／ｄ）滴用本品７ｄ未见眼部刺激性症状及其他毒性反应。健康志愿者用本品滴眼无明显刺激性症状。
The acute and local toxicity of indomethacin ophthalmic solution(IOS)were stud-ied.when IOS was administered intragastrically at the different dosages(26.3mg/kg～200mg/k),themedian lethal dose was 75.69mg/kg in Kunming mice. Irritative symptoms on eye and other toxical re-action were not observed when IOS was dropped singly or repeatedly(10 times daily)at the dosage of 0.1 ml for 7 d.The irritation of IOS on eyes were no signifcance in volunteers.
