白介素─2活化的肾癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞抗肿瘤活性的实验研究

STUDY ON ANTITUMOR ACTIVITY OF IL─2ACTIVATED TIL FROM PATIENTS WITE RENAL CELL CACER

作者对１２例肾癌组织标本肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（ＴＩＬ）的抗瘤活性进行了研究。结果显示，自１２例肾癌标本中１０例成功地分离到ＴＩＬ，经４周培养平均扩增８５．９２倍，表型分析以Ｔ淋巴细胞为主，随培养时间延长Ｔ４比率逐渐减少，Ｔ８比率逐渐增加，培养后ＴＩＬ抗瘤活性显著增强但对自体肿瘤细胞特异杀伤问题需进一步研究，初步结果表明ＴＩＬ治疗肾癌具有可行性。

The antitumor acticity of IL-2 activatedTILin 12 renal cancer patients was studied.The results showed that 10 TIL expanded successfully with a mean expansion range of 85.93 times atthe length of four weeks. The phenotypic analysis of the cultured TIL showed that the majority of theTIL were T4.Following the extension of culturetime there was an increase in T8 and pan T and decreasein T4.After cultune TIL a high NK and LAK activity were exhibited but specific cytolysis for autolo-gous tumor cells needs to be further studied.The results indicated that it is feasible to treat renal cancerpatients with TIL.
