oxLDL、LP（a）与心脑血管疾病的关系

OXIDIZED LDL AND LIPOPROTEIN(a) IN PATIENTS WITH CARDIAC AND CEREBRAL VASCULAR DISEASES

应用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了１２５例心、脑血管疾病患者及２８例健康者血中氧化型低密度脂蛋白（ｏｘＬＤＬ）及脂蛋白ａ〔ＬＰ（ａ）〕，结果表明脑梗塞、脑出血及冠心病三组疾病ｏｘＬＤＬ及ＬＰ（ａ）含量显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），其阳性率亦高于对照组，尤以脑梗塞最为显著，ｏｘＬＤＬ及ＬＰ（ａ）阳性率高达７６．３％和７３．７％，结果说明ｏｘＬＤＬ及ＬＰ（ａ）与心、脑血管疾病发生有关，本方法可以做心、脑血管疾病的辅诊手段之一。

oxidized LDL(oxLDL)and Liporotein(a) LP(a) in plasma in 125 patients with cerebral in- faretion cerebral hemorrhage and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease as well as 28 normal subjects were evaluated.The results showed that the amount Of oxLDL and LP(a) in three groups was significantly increased in comparision with control group(P<0.01 ),the positive rates of oxLDL and LP a) in three groups was significantly increased incomparision with control group(P<0.01),the positlve rates of oxLDL and LP(a)ion three groups,especially in cerebral infarction group were remarkably higher than that in control.It suggested that oxLDL and LP(a) may have a rdla-tionship to cardiac一cerebral vascuiar diseases and act as indictors in diagnosing cardiac一cersbral vascular diseases.
