摘要
对６６例扩张型心肌病（ＤＣＭ）心力衰竭患者分组治疗观察。Ａ组（常规治疗组）３０例应用地戈辛和利尿剂。３组（综合治疗组）３６例在常规治疗组治疗的基础上应用硫酸镁与卡托普利（ＣＰＴ）。结果：Ｂ组总有效率９１．７％，Ａ组总有效率７０％。差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Ｂ组平均动脉压（ＭＡＰ）下降、心胸比例缩小、左室射血分数（Ｅｎ）及左室内径缩短分数（ＦＳ）增加，且较Ａ组有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。作者还讨论了联合应用镁与卡托普利治疗的理论依据。
Sixty一six heart failure patients with dilated cardiolmyopathy(DCM)were divided intotwo groups (l)group A :30 patients were treated with digoxin and diuretic(routine therapy),(2)groupB:36 Patients with maghesium sulfate and captopril on the basis of routine therapy(combined modalitytherapy)The result showed that the effect rates were 9l·7%in group B and 70%in group A, rexpec-trvely The difference was signifcant(P<0. 05 ),In group B, mean arterial pressure(MAP )decreascd; cardio thoracic ratio became smaller; the ejection fraction and the inside diameter shortencd fraction ofleft ventricle incrcased.comparing with those of group A,In this paper we also discuss the theoreticalbasis of treatment with magnesium and captopril,
