摘要
用X射线衍射的方法研究了炭纤维中的过渡物相的种类、含量及分布.结果认为,PAN基炭纤维为乱层石墨和单层石墨构成的两相结构.两种过渡态炭沿纤维经向的分布是不均匀的.由表及里单层墨逐渐增加,乱层石墨逐渐减少,可以用“多层化度”定量地描述这一过程.
The content and distribution of carbon-transition-phase types in CF are studied by x-Ray. The results indicate hat PAN-CF is composed of two types of gra-phit structures, such as single-layer graphite and turbostratic graphite, whose distribution along CF radial are heterogeneous.The content of single-layer graphite gradually incrases from external to internal of CF and the content of turpstratic graphite gradually decreases.This degree can be quantitively deccribed as'degree of multi-layerigation'.
