摘要
本文介绍了一种快速、准确测定啤酒中酒精含量的气相色谱法。本法使用氢焰离子化检测器,GDX-103(60~80目)为固定相,以异丙醇为内标物。样品脱气后不经任何处理即可直接进样,大大缩短了分析周期。该法可用于啤酒的质量控制。
In this paper,a rapid,accurate method for determination of alcohol in beer by GC is described.In this method FID and GDX-103 (60~80 mesh)column is used and isopropanol as internal standard meterial.After exhausting CO_2,the sample may be directly injected in GC instrument without any treatment.by this method the analytical period is greatly reduced and the method may be used to control the quality of beer.
