摘要
本文以活性炭为脱色剂，对药物生产过程中间体有色反应液进行脱色，并对活性炭的选择以及影响脱色效果的因素进行了详细的考察，筛选出最佳的工艺条件和吸附等温平衡线。实验表明，粉状炭作为脱色剂具有更大的优越性。
decolorization and properties of active carbon in the production process of medicine have been studied in a colored intermediate solution.A detailed discussion is given about the selection of active carbon as a decoloring agent and the factors of affecting decolorization. The best technological conditions and corresponding adsorption isotherm have been obtained in this study.The results obtained from the experiments show that the most favorable decoloring agent is powder active carbon.
