摘要
本文对石膏转化法生产的粗产品硫酸钾滤饼体系,应用电位滴定,测定了滤饼中硫酸钾含量,并建立二阶微商法计算终点体积和终点电位的数学公式和编写相应的FORTRAN程序求解。实验结果与四苯硼钠重量法作了对比,平均相对误差-1.85%,方法精密度为+1.26%,钾回收率为99~102%.该法与四苯硼钠重量法相比,具有快速、简便、准确等优点。
For systems of conversion gypsum to potassium sulphate of crude product filter cake,an analytic method of potential titration for potassium sulphate filter cakes is used.Mathematics formula on second order differentiation method to calculate terminal point potentials and terminal point volumes are put forward and FORTRAN programs are compiled.Experimental results are compared with weight method of sodium tetraphenylborate,average relative error is-1.85%,The precision and recovery rate of the method are±1.26% and 99~102% respectively. The method possesses advantages of simplicity,fastness and accuracy,et al.,contrasted with weight method of sodium tetraphenylborate.
