摘要
用可编程控制器和变频器，加二级机械变速装置，对ＳＣ１６００双柱立式车床进行节能技术改造。解决了交流变频器对于车床进刀量控制精度不足，和原车床机械结构复杂、耗电量大等问题。
The SC1600 double-pillar vertical lathe is economically tramsformed by means ofprogramme logic controller and fvequency inverter together with a 2-stage speed change de-vice, Some problems such as poor precision of feed amount ,complicated structure of the latheand waste of electric energy are resolved.
