摘要
本文从热传导偏微分方程出发,以太钢第二炼钢厂合金钢板坯连铸机为目标机型,建立了板坯连铸凝固数学模型,推导出计算铸坯温度场的显式、隐式差分公式,并采用等价比热及温度回复法处理潜热,对铸坯凝固过程进行了数值模拟;全部模拟过程均在图形状态下完成,每一步的计算结果都以温度曲线的方式即时显示在CRT上,直观性强。
With the continuous alloy slab caster of the secondary steelmaking factory ofTaiyuan lron and Steel company as the objective caster,a mathematical model of heat trans-fer and solidification of continuouslg casted slab has been developed from heat conductionpartial derivative equation. And a set of explicit aiid implicit finite difference formulae are de-duced to calctilate the temperature field and simulate the heat transfer and solidification pro-cess of continuously casted slab with the equivalent heat capacity method and temperature re-covey method to deal with the heat of fusion.
