摘要
本文较详细地综述了XPS,Ramanspectroscopy、FT—IR—PAS和SIMS等几种现代表在技术在炭纤维表面研究方面的应用情况。基于这些表征方法,可以对炭纤维表面的结构及性能给予较充分的认识和了解。
The application of a number of characterization techniques in the field of carbon fiber surface and interface research has been surveied. In this review, the XPS,Raman Spectroscopy, FT-IR-PAS and SIMS was emphatically pointed out. Structure and property of carbon fiber surface can be well understood from above-mentioned.
