摘要
本文对六十年代以来生产碳化硅材料（ＳｉＣ）及炭／碳化硅（Ｃ／ＳｉＣ）复合材料的生产方法作一综合评述，并从材料的内部结构、组成、最终产品性能，原材料及设备方面将这些生产方法大致做一比较。有兴趣及需要研制或生产这类材料者可以此作为参考。根据自已现有的条件和用途选择适合的方法。
Abstract:The methode of manufacturing SiC and C/SiC composites since sixty years vas overviewed and compared summary this producting method in aspect of the structure internal,forming,properties of final production,raw-materials and equipements etc. in this present paper.It is reference for interesting to stuty or produce this material. According to comditions her-self and applications will be selected an application methode.
