介绍了用于大口径钻探的DC型无簧式双作用液动冲击器的结构和工作原理以及设计计算结果,给出了其冲程、上阀程和上同自由行程、下阀程和下阀自由行程的测量及调整方法。
A description is given to the structure, operating principle and design calculation result of DC non-spring, double-acting hydro-hammers used in large diameter drilling. The method of measurment and adjustment of its stroke, upper valve stroke and upper valve free stroke,lower valve stroke and lower valve free stroke are presented.
