摘要
本文研究了各种参数的影响,给出了石墨缺陷的涡流探伤的可检测性.结果表明:频率、增益和探头距离是影响探伤能力的重要参数;扫查速度、扫查间距角度对探伤能力影响较小:相位探伤能力无影响.
Tests by eddy current method are done for three types of graphite,IG-110, IG-310 and IG-630. The results indicate that the frequence, gain and probe liftoff are important parameters.The filter, scanning speed,scanning pitch and scanning angle to flaw direction are less important parameters.The phase has no effect on the detectability of the flaw. The detectability of flaw is described.
