固体超强酸对萘的低温齐聚反应的催化效应的研究 被引量:6

摘要 萘在SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_4固体超强酸的催化作用下,在较低的温度下即发生反应,生成一种以萘的二、三、四聚物为主的齐聚混合物。该种混合物在395℃热处理后,即得到软化点大约为150℃的萘沥青。热台偏光显微镜观察表明:该沥青具有良好的中间相转化行为。利用H'NMR和MS技术对各阶段产物进行了结构分析,并初步推导了反应机理。 Naphthalene could be reacted at low temperature by the acid of SO42-/ZrO2 as catalyst, deriving dimers, trimes and tetramers etc.The oligomers were transformed into naphthalen pitch through the heat treatment of 395℃, whose softening point was about 150℃. Excellent mesophase pitch from this pitch was observed under hot stage optical microscope.The structure and reaction mechanism were also investigated by HNMR and MS.
