摘要
本文介绍我们建立的多电极记录脑干听觉诱发电位方法的原理。通过实验证明多电极记录和已有的单电极记录在现有测量精度的条件下,波形是相同的,其差异明显小于单电极记录各次之间的差异。用多电极记录能提高测量的信噪比,多电极记录和各种测量脑干听觉诱发电位的有效方法相容,有良好的应用前景。
The principle of recording brain-stem auditory evoked potentials
(BAEP)with multielectrode is descrioed. Our rcsults show that BAEP wave-
forms recorded with multielectrode are nearly identical with those recorded
simultaneously with conyentional electrode under the current measuring
technique. Discrepancies between waveforms recorded with multielectrode
are significantly less than those recorded with single e1ectrode. Measuring
BAEP with multielectrode can significantly improve its SNR in most cases.
Since multielectrode recording is compatible with other effective methods
for measuring BAEP, it is snggested to be used widely,
