摘要
根据齿科坩埚的工作条件,进行了热震过程分析。试制的钛酸铝坩埚应用于齿科合金熔炼,其抗热震性和抗侵蚀性优于国外进口产品。使用结果表明:钛酸铝是齿科坩埚的最适宜材质。
ased on their working conditions, the thermal shock process of dental crucibles was analysed. The aluminium titanate crucibes used for melting dental alloys were developed. The thermal shock resistance and the erosion resistance of the crucibles are superior tobooned products. The results show that aluminium titanate is the most appropriate materialof the dental crucible.
