摘要
本实验剥离并切去了12只犬气管一小块粘膜,其中8只犬术后在气管内放置了硅橡胶管为实验组,4只犬未放作为对照组。通过普通光镜和扫描电镜,观察了该管对气管创面及对正常粘膜的影响。发现:1.放管后,创面愈合过程正常,唯速度明显减慢;取管后,创面上完全恢复了正常的气管上皮。2.20×5mm之创面放管42天,鳞状上皮完全覆盖了创面,取管后28天,该上皮转变为纤毛柱状上皮。3.放管后,正常的气管上皮仍为假复层柱状细胞,但其表面之纤毛全部消失,取管后,纤毛可完全恢复。4.硅橡胶是比较理想的支撑喉气管的材料。
<ABSTRACT>
After a slice of tracheal mucosa was stripped off and resected in each
of 12 dogs, silicon rubber tube was placed in trachea of each of 8 dogs
(experimental) and the other 4 without tube insertion (control). Effect
of the tube on healing process of tracheal wound and normal mucosa
were studied with both light and electron microscope and results showed
that: (1)rate of wound healing was apparently retarded in the experimen-
tal group with restoration of healing process to normal after tube extrac-
tion; (2) wound (20×5mm2 ) was completely covered by squamous cells
42 d after tube insertion and changed into ciliated columnar epithelia 28 d
after tube extraction; (3) the epithelia of normal tracheal mucosa were
pseudomultilayer columnar in nature without cilium after tube insertion
with recovery of cilia after tube extraction; and (4) silicon rubber is an
ideal material to be used as laryngotracheal strut tube.
