摘要
利用研制的虎红平板凝集抗原对狐狸阴道加德纳氏菌病进行血清抗体检测，试验表明，该抗原检出率为９２．２％，符合率为８５。１％，无交叉反应，重复性好。适用于狐狸阴道加德纳氏菌感染的确诊、流行病学调查、免疫水平监测、现场与口岸动检狐狸检疫。
Rose bengal Plate agglutination antigen was applied to measure serum antibody of Gardnerella vaginalis of fox, the tests showed that the post tive rate of the antigen was 92.2%, the positive and negaiive coincidence rate were 85. 1% no cross reaction occured in the test and the repeatability of the test was good. The antigen can be used for infected diagnosis epidemiological investigation, immunity Ievel measure and all farms raising foxes and the customs quarantine of Gardsnerella vaginal is.
