摘要
熊胆消痔软膏（不含基质）给动物ｉｇ可显著降低小鼠扭体反应的发生率局部涂抹能减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳水肿，对角叉菜胶性足肿胀亦有明显的抑制作用，同时给动物肛门—直肠连续用药７天，可减轻由ＨＡＣ致肛门—直肠出血及局部粘膜组织学损伤。
Xiongdanxiaozhi oinment was found to decrease mice swing frequency caused by a cetic acid,also remarably to reduce mice ear adema by C H and to inhibite the swelling of rat hind paw induced by carrageenin.The drug was administered by amus rectum.and injuries of mucose tissue induced by HAC is decreased.
