摘要
研究了渗扩氮等温淬火对Cr7Mo3V2Si钢硬度、组织、韧性和含氮硬化层扫描断口形态的影响。结果表明,Cr7Mo3V2Si钢制冷作模具复合强韧化处理后的使用寿命提高1倍,且破坏形式得到改善。
The influence of austempering after prenitriding and diffusion of nitrogen on hardness and microstructure distribution, impact ductility and morphology of fracture surface of steel Cr7Mo3V2Si was studied. the results show that the service life of cold work die steel Cr7Mo3V2Si composite - strengthened and toughened is increased by 100%, and the destruction mode is rational.
