新兴材料的发展不会对钢铁材料在人类生活中的统治地位构成威胁，因此，进一步发展电弧炉炼钢技术降低电弧炉炼钢过程的能源消耗具有十分重要的意义。在未来的电弧炉炼钢流程中，过程计算机控制、计算机集成制造系统（ＣＩＭＳ）将起重要作用。

The dominant status of iron and steel in the mankind living can't be threatened by the development of newmaterials, therefore the further development of energy saving in EAF process is significant important. Thatthe process controlled with computer and the computer integlated manufacture system (CIMS) will play an important part in EAF steelmaking are predicted in this paper.
