摘要
叙评了汽车工业用板材及特殊钢的现状和发展趋势。尽管存在代用材料对钢材的竞争，钢铁工业凭借投资和工艺的进展，使钢材仍为汽车的主要材料。钢铁业和汽车制造业密切合作是开发新车型的重要动向。
The present status and development trend of sheet steel and special steel for automobile industry are reviewed in this paper. In spite of the challenge to steel from other materials, with made investments and processdevelopment, the steel remains as a principal material for automobile in future time. There will be a strong cooperation tendency of steel industry and automobile manufacture industry to develop new vehicles.
