摘要
研究了ＣＮＢＲ／ＣＢ硫黄硫化的三种硫化体系胶料的硫化特性，结果表明：无硫硫化体系的胶料具有较长的焦烧时间和中等的硫化速度；低硫体系中，硫黄的用量对胶料的焦烧时间和硫化速度影响不大，但用秋兰姆类和次磺酰胺类促进剂并用的低硫体系，胶料具有较短的焦烧时间和较高的硫化速度；常规硫化体系胶料具有最短的焦烧时间和最高的硫化速度。
CNBR/CB Sulfur-cured system have three types and Studied results of the Compound cured with them respectively show that the compound with Sulfur-free system has a long-term of scorch time and medium cure rate;sulfur level has a little effect on scorch time and cure rate within low sulfur system.However,with blended low sulfur system of thiuram and sulfenamide type,the compound has shorter scorch time and higher cure rate and the compound with conventional curing system has the shortest scorch time and the highest cure rate.
