摘要
介绍在三元乙丙胶料配方中，加入加工助剂ＦＬ或Ｍ－４０后，能使配合剂在胶料中的分散均匀度提高，使混炼时间缩短，且能提高胶料的可塑性、降低门尼粘度，改善流动性，使混炼过程中能耗降低，在注压成型时，一次进胶量明显减少，产品合格率大幅度提高。
When adding the Processing aids FL or M-40 in the formulation of EPDM, the dispersibility of ingredient and the flowing and plasticity of the compound can be improved, mixing time shortened and Mooney viscosity lowed. More particularly,there is a big increase in certified products due to the compound feeding reduced signficantly during injeotion moulding.
