摘要
本文介绍ＤＦＺ－１型垫片材料密封性能试验装置的设计原理，提出测量液体泄漏速率和气体泄漏速率的试验方法。试验装置符合ＡＳＴＭＦ３７的技术要求。这些试验方法适用于评价和比较室温下垫片材料在不同压缩法兰负荷下的密封特性。
he paper introduces the design principle of the DFZ-1 Model Test Appatus for Sealability of Gasket Materials,and provides the test methods for measurements of liguid and gas leakage rate.The appatus fits in with technical reguirements of ASTM F37.These test methods are suitable for evaluating and comparing the sealing charactristics of the gasket material under different compressive flange loads at the room temprebture.
