过氧化物硫化氯磺化聚乙烯的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究过氧化物硫化氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)胶料的硫化特性,探讨共硫化剂、防老剂等对胶料硫化特性的影响。试验表明,CSM胶料采用有机过氧化物硫化时的抗焦烧性及耐热老化性比采用金属氧化物、硫黄及季戊四醇硫化要好;共硫化剂采用HVA-2、TAIC;在有炭黑填充的配方中用防老剂NBC,在非炭黑填充的配方中用防老剂DDA/4020时胶料综合性能较好。同时在白色或彩色配方中,添加10~20份乙丙橡胶及EVA树脂作软化剂,可极大地改善CSM胶料的加工性能及硫化特性,抗热老化性。从而可创造色彩鲜艳、性能稳定的橡胶制品。 This article studied the vulcanization properties the CSM compound cured with peroxide,and discussed the effect of accelerating coagents,antioxidants on it.We discovered that through experiment; its scorch resistance and heat resestance have an advantage over that of the compound cured with metal oxide,sulfur and PER.In order to improve the compound properties,HVA-2 and TAIC were used as coagent,antioxideant NBC was filled in the compound With carbon black. Antioxident DDA and 4020 were adopted in the compound without carbon black.10-20 phr EPDM and EVA were used as softener in the colour compound to ameliorate its processing property and heat resestance with bright and stable colour.
