摘要 从罗汉果中提取了具有保健作用的强甜味皂甙。实验证明Ca(OH)_2是一种很好的澄清剂,D280、D290、D61和D151三种国产离交树脂有很好地脱色能力,AB-8吸附树脂能有效地分离这种皂甙。 A triterpene glucoside, which is a good sweetening agen land has some health promoting properties was extracted from Fructus Momordicae (Luo Han Guo). Calcium hydroxide was found to be the best clarification agent,after the clarification effects of calcium hydroxide,alum and aluminum chloride were compared. Ion exchange resins D280,D290,D61 and D151 were very effective in decol-orization,and an absorption resin was used to separate this triterpene glucoside successfully.
