摘要
从闭鞘姜[Costus speciosus(Koenig)Smith]根茎中分离出五个化合物。经波谱解析和化学降解,证明其化学结构分别为胡萝甙(A);薯芋皂甙元-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基(1→2)-β-葡萄吡喃糖甙(B);薯芋皂甙元-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基(1→2)[α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基(1→4)]-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖甙(C);薯芋皂甙元-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基(1→2)[β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1→3)]-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖甙(D);C_(22)-甲氧基,C_(26)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基,C_(22)-甲氧基-25(R)-呋甾-5-烯-3β,26-二醇-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基(1→2)[β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1→3)]-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖甙(E)。
Five compounds were isolated from the rhizome of costus speciosus. On the basis of detailed chemical and spectrascopic evidence,their structures were elucidated to be daucosterin(A);diosgenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2 )-β-D-glucopyranoside (B);diosgenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→ 4 )]-β-D-glucopyranoside (C); diosgenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→ 2 ) [β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→3) ]-β-D-glucopyranoside ( D ) ; C22-methoxyl, C26-β-D-glucopyra-nosyl, C22-methoxyl-25 (R)-furost-5-ene-3β, 26-diol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl ( 1 → 2 ) [β-D-glu-copyranosyl (1→ 3 ) ]-β-D-glucopyranoside (E) respectively.
