摘要
应用等价变换思路建立缓冲器容量有限的串行生产系统极大代数状态空间模型,描述系统运行动态过程,解决伪机床加工时间计入模型问题.同时给出工件在缓冲器中等待时间和伪机床加工时间的计算方法.扰动分析证明,生产系统周期主要取决于系统工件贮有数量.
The paper presents a Max Algebraic State Space Model by the equivalent substitution method for serial production system with buffers, which includes manufacturing time ofpseudo-machines. And the calculating method for the waiting time in buffers is given in this paper. At last a perturbation analysis has proved that leading time of the production system is mainlydetermined by the number of parts in the system.
