摘要
将PCH应用到酶制剂的精制试验中,测定了过滤速度、透光率、及酶活力等。实验结果表明:PCH絮凝剂对酶发酵液的絮凝作用强,用量少,无毒且对酶活力无损失,是一种食品工业、医药工业中的优良絮凝剂。
PCH flocculant is a natural polyso polymer and it is a cation surfactant.Base on the principle of polymer flocculation and colloucl surface properties,PCH was applied to the enzyme prepapation and detected the filtration velocity,transmittancy and enzyme activity.The rasults show that PCH has good function of flocculation to enzyme fermented liguos,PCH requirment is little.It has no poison and no damage to enzyme activity.So it is a good flocculant in Food and Medicine industry.
