摘要
探讨机床噪声产生机理,提出估算齿轮模态参数的新方法;应用现代谱分析和谱峰识别方法实现了噪声源的计算机自动识别与控制.该法用于某铣床的主传动系统噪声源分析已取得满意结果并指导了其改良设计.
This paper studies the noise mechanism of machine tools and its improvement,and describes an effective method of determining the noise sources on an IBM microcomputer. The satisfactory results obtained in the test on a milling machine show that the method can improve the designing work.
