摘要
以丙烯酸盐为原料,过硫酸盐为引发剂,N,N’亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,司班为悬浮稳定剂,轻油为分散介质,采用反相悬浮聚合法和共沸脱水法合成球状聚丙烯酸盐类高吸水性树脂;研究交联剂、引发剂、悬浮稳定剂等的用量对产物吸水率的影响;合成树脂平均粒径为20~50nm之间,吸无离子水的能力为800(g/g),吸0.9%NaCl水溶液能力为70(g/g).
By rever-phase suspersion ploymerization, acrylic acid is partially neutralized to give a sphere polyacrylic acid salt high water absorbent resin with persulfate as an initiator,bisacrylamide as a crosslinking agent,light oil as the continuous phase and span-60 as suspension stabilizer.The influences of the amount of the crosslinking agent,initiator and dispersing,degree o f neutralization and absorption on the rate of water was studied.The average diameter of the bead product is 20-50 nm.The polymer can absorb 800(g/g)of deiomizea water and 70(g/g)of 0.9% aquesous solution of sodiun chloride.
