6100QSD高性能低污染新型射流燃烧室汽油机

摘要 对新型6100QSD汽油机射流燃烧系统进行了研究.试验结果表明:新燃烧系统与原机相比,抗爆能力和稀燃能力明显提高.发动机最大功率由91.1kW提高到97.8kW,最大转矩由327.7N·m提高到358N·m,最低燃油消耗率由296,8g/(kW·h)降低到267.2g/(kW·h)。怠速排放指标有所改善,并且对燃油辛烷值的变化有较好的适应性. his Paper describes the conversion of a 6100 S.I.engine with a TJ-jet combustion system.The experimental results show thai the antiknock and lean burn ability are improved prominently as comparea with those of the original Cngine. Both the engine power output and torque are increased from 91.1 kW to 97.8 kW and from 327.7 N·m to 358 N·m respectively.At the same time,the minimum specific fuel consumption is reduced form 296.8 g/kW·h to 267.2 g/kW·h.The exhaust pollutants are reduced.The influence of the octane number of the fuel on engine performance is found not so sensitive as does the original engine.
