摘要
介绍高频感应加热法制备FeNi合金超微粉工艺,讨论超微粒子形成机理.用电子显微镜及x射线小角散射检测了粒子的形貌、粒径分布及晶格参数.观测到微粒的结构、成分与块材基本相同,但衍射峰强度稍有差别.
The preparation of FeNi ultra-fine powder by high frequency induction heating isdescribed. The formation mechanisn of ultra-fine particles (UFP) is discussed. The shapes, sizesand lattice parmeters of ultra-fine particles measured with electron microscope and small anglescattering of x-ray. We observed that the particle structure and of imponents are basically the sameas bulk material, but the peak values of diffraction are remarkably different.
