In this paper,the writer emphasizes the exceeding importance of the completing sets and presents the basic train of thoughts in the design of the racks for carding machine and studies the way of fuzzy analysis for systematically evalu-ating the carding effect.The results of this study provides a reliable basis for the most optimization in the design and the rational choice of the racks.
