摘要 运用DSC测定了冷拉四倍的PET纤维的结晶度。它是用该纤维与5l0K热处理5分种试样的DSC曲线进行比较,求算出低温结晶峰面积,并从其熔融热中把它扣除,求出结晶度。该方法被推广到涤纶短丝后纺各道工序纤维结晶度的测定上,与密度法比较,得到了比较一致的结果。 The crystallinities of PET fiber with cold drawing ratio 4 were determined by using DSC in this paper.Comparing、dsc curves of the fibers with the sample treated 5 min at 510K,the peak area of crystallization at the low temperatures were calculated.The crystallization heat was subtracted from the melt heat, them the crystallinity was derived.The method was extended to determine the crystallinity of cut fibers obtained from the different working procedures. The results are in agree-ment with the density method.
